KGi: LAREE KIELY, Ph.D., Founder & CEO

Our founder, Laree Kiely, is an award-winning organizational expert, consultant, educator, and speaker who started the Kiely Group 29 years ago in Denver, CO. Her credits include 15 years as professor in the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. In addition to academic credentials, however, she has been on the front lines of business, close to what is real, managing others and taking responsibility for a company's goals.

In the 1980's, Laree led a new division at First Interstate Bank that focused on new technologies, internal consulting, and education.

She credits that experience, plus three decades as CEO of her own business, as an important real-world dimension in her success.

So Laree is "Dr Kiely," she's an expert, a published former professor and a current faculty member in several University Executive programs. But she is also our business-savvy and pragmatic leader.

Today Dr. Laree Kiely leads KGi in the critical work of building solutions for people who have real responsibility, real lives and real work to do, and who want real outcomes that measure and sustain.
